When I decided to change careers and be a full-time fitness professional, I didn't do it just to help a few people that can afford my hourly rate. I, truly, wanted to help as many people as I could whether they had money to pay me or not.
If you have been following me on Instagram, Facebook, or even Twitter, then you are probably all too familiar with my daily videos, weekly Ask Me Anythings, exercise tutorials, quick tips, and more. I have received such great feedback from it that my following on Instagram and Twitter has more than doubled since the pandemic started. And this is great!
But I also find myself answering the same questions over and over. This is to be expected but it's easy to burn out trying to help everyone, everywhere on every platform. Then a lightbulb turned on. I decided I wanted to have a central location away from political conversations, pandemic conversations, diet pushers, advertisements, and everything else that has bombarded social media where people can use as a resource for all their nutrition and fitness needs. I, also wanted to create a community of like-minded people to help each other through their journeys. Unfortunately, creating an attractive, intuitive platform takes a lot of money and time and I would have to charge a heavy penny for people to gain access. (Kind of defeats the purpose doesn't it?) So for now, I have created a 100% FREE Facebook Group for anyone to join. There is no sales pitching, even from me. No bully, trolling, nor Judgement. No diet pushing or program pushing. This is a place for you, the people I care about, to learn and grow together. Starting tomorrow - ALL OF MY my informative videos, AMA's, and tutorials moving forward will be going exclusively to this group. Not to say I won't share things on the other platforms but they will likely be very basic. The Facebook Group is where I will be taking a deep dive with you and even challenging you to make commitments to your fitness goals.
